All this is making him think; he knows no one cares about anybody else but themselves and that's why he let her do that, but it looked as she was playing with him instead of just playing.

He didn't want that to be the way it was heading... because he knew, only him, that he cared. And that, implied he would suffer anytime someone else (in this case, "someone else" being her) soaked him with their splashing actions, thinking only about themselves.

Thing is, there are little people like him or YOU who care about others.

And it's gonna soud like complete bullshit but believe me, you'll get the chance to get to know another like you, maybe him, or me, who knows. When that time comes, you'll be like in heaven...

Yeah, but meanwhile... well meanwhile keep your head down and bear with the suffering you get for being nicer.
